CANCELLATION POLICY:

We please ask that you notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations. Cancellation must be made no later than 12 NOON on the day BEFORE your arrival. Failure to notify us in a timely manner may result in lodging being charged to your credit card.

RATE STRUCTURE:

Peak season rates run from May through October.  EAA Week, special events and some holidays may have adjusted rates. All rates are for double occupancy and do not include room or sales taxes. Additional adults $20.00 each. Nightly minimum stays may affect some dates.

Guaranteed reservations will receive a confirmation number and room will be held until your arrival. Rooms not guaranteed will be held only until 3 PM on arrival day.
