MAKING RESERVATIONS BEFORE JULY 15th Due to the heavy demand from exhibitors for quality accommodations, we do have minimum stay requirements during the convention. All reservations from new guests require a deposit, paid at the time of reservation. Normal minimums during EAA AirVenture are a 6-night stay with a $200 deposit per room. Any rooms available for a shorter stay will be listed below the calendar - check often as it can change frequently If you need to cancel your reservation, any room deposit is 50% refundable up to June 15th. After June 15th, deposit will be retained. MAKING RESERVATIONS AFTER JULY 15th Any available rooms are on first come - first serve basis. |
